Customer Pick-Up Checklist

Please Call the store at 301-662-2141 at least two hours prior to your pick-up.
Customer Pick-up Hours are:
Tuesday - Saturday: 10AM - 5PM
Most pick-ups will be from our warehouse in the lower parking lot at the rear of the building, at the small red loading door with the ramp (unless otherwise specified by your salesperson).
Bring the yellow delivery copy of your purchase with you. If you do not have this copy, please step into the store to pick it up. Also bring with you any materials for packing or securing your load. You may need blankets, rope, plastic, etc.
Please secure and pack your load carefully as we will not be responsible after the merchandise leaves our warehouse.
