Pre-Delivery Checklist


We Want Another Satisfied Customer!
Please help us with your delivery day

  • Customers will be called the day before delivery with a three-hour time frame in which to expect delivery.
  • Please be home for your delivery. Our re-delivery charge is $59.95.
  • Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you cannot have someone at your home to receive your merchandise.
  • To assist our delivery drivers, please provide us with as detailed directions to your home as possible. In the case of a new home or recent move, please make sure we have the correct delivery address and phone number.
  • Please have your home ready for delivery. There should be safe and reasonable access to your property. Driveway and sidewalksneed to be clear of obstaces, and the delivery path inside your home should be clear of fragile items. We can not be held responsible for damages of this nature. Please clear the area where your new merchandise is to be placed. This will enable us to place your new items as you desire.
  • If you would like us to remove your old furniture, please make arrangements with your salesperson prior to delivery day. There is an environmental disposal fee of $59.95 for the first item and $29.95 for each additional item.
  • Please confine your pets at the time of your delivery as we would not want to cause them harm or have them harm us.
  • Please have CODs paid prior to the date of delivery.
